Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Opsico collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have kept it short and specific.
Opsico is an automation consultancy working with small businesses in Bulgaria and the wider EU. “Opsico” is a trading name of BONINED Ltd. (Bulgarian: БОНИНЕД ЕООД). Reach us at hello@opsico.io for anything in this policy.
Who is responsible for your data
Opsico decides why and how your personal data is processed. In data-protection terms, we are the “controller”.
Contact for any privacy question or request: hello@opsico.io.
Registered entity: BONINED Ltd. (БОНИНЕД ЕООД), company number (ЕИК) 206587599, registered address: 12 Kazbek Str., entrance B, floor 5, apt. 21, Vitosha district, Sofia 1618, Bulgaria.
What we collect
We only hold what you choose to give us:
- Estimate form — your name, work email, and optionally your company, plus whatever you type about your business, processes, tools, and previous attempts to fix them.
- Booking a call — handled by Cal.com (cal.eu, hosted in the EU). You provide your name, email, and a chosen time. Cal.com’s own privacy notice covers how they process it.
- Email — if you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.
- Hosting logs — our host, Vercel, records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, not to identify you.
Why we use it
We use your data to:
- prepare and send the saving estimate you asked for, and discuss automating your work — on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form) and of taking steps at your request before any agreement;
- reply to enquiries you send us — on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us;
- keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
We do not send newsletters, run ad campaigns, build profiles of you, or sell or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, only on our instructions:
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets) — stores estimate-form submissions and our email.
- Cal.com — scheduling for booked calls.
- Vercel — website hosting and technical logs.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and estimate data while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it — unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the working relationship requires.
Hosting logs are held for a short period by our host and then rotated out.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing we base on legitimate interest;
- provide it to you in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out.
Email hello@opsico.io and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД, cpdp.bg) or to the data-protection authority in your own EU country.
Cookies and tracking

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data — for example if we add a new service provider — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
