These terms govern your use of the Opsico website and the free consultation, estimate, and booking features on it. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site offers
Opsico is an automation consultancy. Through this site you can request a free saving estimate, book a consultation call, or contact us by email. Nothing on this site creates a contract for paid services on its own — a paid engagement only begins once we agree scope and price with you directly, usually after a call.
Estimates are indicative, not binding
The numbers our estimate tool produces are based on what you tell us about your business and are meant to give you a sense of potential time or cost savings. They are not a quote, a guarantee, or an offer to perform work at that figure. Any commitment we make on price or scope is given separately, in writing, once we understand your situation properly.
Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. Rescheduling and cancellation are handled through the link in your booking confirmation. We reserve time for you when you book, so please give us notice if your plans change.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use this site to:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal data through the forms;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Opsico (BONINED Ltd.) unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of third parties to work — Cal.com for scheduling, Google for storing form submissions, and Vercel for hosting. Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating on their side, though we will do what we reasonably can to keep the site available.
Liability
We provide this site and the estimate tool as a convenience and take reasonable care to keep the information accurate, but we don’t guarantee it is complete, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Opsico is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself, as distinct from any separately agreed paid engagement, which is governed by its own contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally, for example if the site’s features change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
